SHIPPING
The Moonlit Souls is based in Mildura, Australia. We currently only offer shipping within Australia. We offer both standard parcel post $8.95 and express shipping $11.95.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days following your purchase. Australia Post delivers to all metro cities and rural areas within 2-7 days from dispatch. Please note, we cannot take responsibility if your postie takes his/her time getting it from us to you. If you have any questions about your items, please contact us and we'll get on the case!
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
We accept payment via our secure website store. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Please make sure you choose wisely as we will not refund your money due to change of mind. We will however accept exchanges, see below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note, no two crystals are the same and each have their own beautiful and unique characteristics. The appearance of each crystal can vary from the images on our website.
Should you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, we will accept a return for an exchange. You will need to return the item/s to us with all it’s beautiful packaging (ensuring all items are in their original state) in order for us to issue you with a credit to spend at ‘The Moonlit Souls’ online store, or issue you with a new item of your choice.
You will need to cover all shipping costs to return your item to The Moonlit Souls. Please ensure you package your item well (it’s worth purchasing postage insurance at the post office too) as we cannot take responsibility if your return package is lost, or the item is damaged.
Please contact us using the online form on this website so that we can arrange this process with you. All credit notes have a 12 month validity. Any change of mind after 7 days will not be accepted.
